Children are required to bring a packed lunch to school if they are not purchasing or eligible for a hot lunch via Local Food Links (our hot meals provider).

Please note that we are a nut free school, so we ask parents not to include any nuts in lunch boxes.

Hot lunches and local food links

New menus are available every half-term to view and order on the Local Food Links website, so your child can choose what they would like to eat.

Choices must be made (or amended) 7 working days in advance, so it is advisable to book all your choices when the new menu arrives. 

If you haven't used the Local Food Links system before and would like to register/activate your account, please click the link below and use your unique code. If you have mislaid your unique code please email janderson@dms.wessex.ac

If you have any problems using this system, please call the Local Food Links team on 01308 420269.

You may also need to fill in the allergies and special dietary requirements form if it applies to you. Please contact Local Food Links directly in order to do so.

Free school meals 

Free school meals are available if parents receive income support, employment and support allowance, income-based jobseekers allowance or Child Tax Credit. If you think your children may be eligible for free school meals, it’s quick and easy to check, just click on the link below or call 01305 221090.

The school will be notified automatically if free school meals are granted and your Local Food Links account will be updated by Mrs Anderson in our Admin Team for you, and you will be notified of other benefits the school can provide for you.  If you have any queries please contact Mrs Anderson at janderson@dms.wessex.ac
